WORD PLAYS!!!

            So here’s something a little different for you guys today!! I guess you could say it’s an awesome and fun word game to play while reading. The game? To find as many words that have three or more vowels in a row. For example (drum roll please!!!) Obseqious this word has three vowels. These words can be either very common or unemployed in our everyday language. This is what makes it fun!  

            

 Now where did I get this idea from?? Well I will tell you! When I was in Canada hanging out with my best friend Riley, I discovered something! Ok well not really discovered more like I actually realized, after nine years of knowing him,  just how unusually unusual he is! I mean that in the best way that only a best friend can mean it!!! J

Well, anyway, Riley likes reading and he likes words. Now for someone who enjoys those to two things why not combine them into something that is both fun and intellectually stimulating?

The challenge??????

He had to find 100 words with three vowels or more and with a teeny tiny bit of my help he did and even surpassed his goal!! 112 WORDS!!!!!! WHOOOOO!

Impressive right?? 

Seriously though, as you read you should pay more attention to the words that you read. If there’s a word you don’t know take the time to look it up. Be amazed when you see a new word and learn about. That little definition is a small piece of a huge puzzle. Don’t let your puzzle be incomplete!
